Terms & Condition

1. Introduction

  • GemsBit is a place where people can vote for new cryptocurrencies to be shown and looked at.
  • GemsBit gives these services.
    • GemsBit has a place on their website where anyone, whether a person or a company, can send in a new cryptocurrency project by filling out a form. The person or company sending in the coin is called a "Lister." Once the Lister says it's okay, the new coins will show up.
    • GemsBit lets people become Voters. A Voter can vote on the new coins that are sent in. To be a Voter, you must make an account on the website.
    • Voters can give a thumbs-up to the new coins once they're added. These coins will show up in all the categories on the website.
    • GemsBit offers ads like banners on the website and special spots to highlight new coins that are sent in.
  • The coin details on the website are just for giving information. GemsBit doesn't give financial advice, work as a financial company, or help in doing cryptocurrency transactions or other money-related things.
  • People who invest trust in a digital system that's not controlled by a single entity and is somewhat hidden. It uses connections between users and secret codes to stay secure. Because of this, the prices of digital things can change a lot and can be hard to predict. Guessing if the price of a digital thing will go up or down is unsure, and sometimes these digital things can become worthless. There's no central bank or another group that can fix things if the value of a digital thing drops. Users should be careful because of these risks. Also, the cryptocurrencies on the website might not be trustworthy. They could be plans to trick people into investing money that they might not get back. Each person using the site should research and be careful, especially about information related to cryptocurrencies.
