What problem is Black Swan trying to solve?

As we know their is huge uncertainty surrounding the pegged tokens such as USDT, as well as the fact they are at the mercy of the price of the dollar. There is also price volatility regarding high cap crypto tokens such as Ethereum and Bitcoin. Black Swan aims to solve this problem by creating a free-floating reserve currency. A token that is backed by a collection of assets. By focusing on supply growth rather than price appreciation. The team has hopes that Black Swan can function as a currency that is able to hold its purchasing power regardless of market volatility. Other DAO's have attempted the same but we have focused our project around sustainability and longevity which the others have failed to do.
