Firstly, whether you agree or not, nobody cares. Do you think that developing Uniswap required the approval of the Ethereum Foundation? Does a DEX have to be developed under the Uniswap brand? Why can't other developers do it? As far as I know, the current Uniswap team consists of only three people who may not have the time or resources to develop another DEX.
